Personal data is never unnecessarily collected or shared without consent: unless required to do so by the law. Key company or personal date is only collected as part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes.

Payment security: Starting in September 2019, a new regulation called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requires businesses in Europe to request additional authentication for online payments. Our payment portal via PayPal or Stripe Payments fully support SCA—including exemption logic—and ensures that we only ask customers to provide additional authentication when strictly necessary.

Customer data security: We invest in GoDaddy SSL to secure our website and the customers’ data. An SSL Cert protects our customers’ sensitive information such as their name, address, password, or credit card number by encrypting the data during transmission from their computer to our web server.

Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to the Contract will have no rights under the Contract pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
